Naarajärvi recreation

Naarajärvi wildernesscamp is a genuine place with silence and here can you enjoy your own time. There is no electricity and it is mosquito-free. Hike 6 km on the Naarajärvi trail individually with a map or a booked guide.

The camp has 2 log-timber cabins with each 4-beds and wood-burning stoves.

The barbecue hut has up to 10 seats and an open fireplace with a cast iron stove and grilling equipment.

The log-timber sauna is equipped with sauna stove, changing room and a swimming area with a wooden jetty by the lake. The sauna has up to 15 seats and hot water is heated up in a 50 liter wood-fired water heater. Here you can enjoy the warmth and steam that gives you pleasent feelings of well-being.

The cabin with the dining room has s wood-burning stove and up to 16 seats at 2 dining tables, a gas stove and the kitchen is well equipped with utensils and accessories.

Autumn and winter have ligthing with candles and LED battery lights. Here it is possible to enjoy the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer.

Lake Naarajärvi has clean and fresh water with inflow from cold springs and great sport fishing for pike, perch and trout. Day fishing licence in the lake 100 SEK/person

The forest area has wild berries and mushrooms from July to September. The forest area is excellent hunting ground for big game and small game.

When booking,
dry firewood, kitchen with utensils, drinking water, sauna bath water, towels, bath accessories, candles, LED battery lights, gas stove, grilling equipment are included and the camp is heated upon arrival.

Naarajärvi wildernesscamp is booked as a whole camp or part of it. When part of the camp is booked for the same group, there are no other people booked at the same time.

Visit is suitable for adults and children from age of 3 with adults.
